Before you cut
Before you cut. The straps and strap patches are drawn with NO seam allowance. That is deliberate. They are topstitched on with raw edges, which works because hide and leather do not fray. If you are building in canvas, twill, denim or anything that frays, add 1 cm to each long edge and fold it under before topstitching, or finish the edges first. Every other piece includes 1 cm.
