Refund policy

Digital patterns are non-refundable.

Every pattern sold by Kissing Parasites is a digital file delivered instantly by download link. Because the files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery of the files and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation once the download link is issued.

If something is wrong with your files, we will fix it. Contact us at support@kissingparasites.com within 30 days if:

• your download link did not arrive or has expired
• a file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open
• you received the wrong pattern

We will re-send or repair the files. If we cannot supply a working file, we will refund that purchase in full.

We cannot refund because a pattern did not fit, because you used a fabric it was not drafted for, because your printer scaled the pages, or because you changed your mind. Every listing publishes the size range, recommended fabric, notions, and seam allowances before purchase - please read them.

Finished pieces are final sale.

Pieces are made in a small run and each one is cut from its own hide, so no two are the same. They are sold as samples and may carry minor defects. We do not accept returns or exchanges on them. Orders ship within the United States and go out within 1 to 3 business days.

If a piece arrives damaged, email support@kissingparasites.com within 7 days with photographs and we will put it right.
