Terms of service
By using kissingparasites.com or placing an order with Kissing Parasites, you agree to these Terms of Service. In addition, you agree to our Messaging Terms (https://terms.pscr.pt/legal/shop/tvqscb-xf/terms_of_service) and Messaging Privacy Policy (https://terms.pscr.pt/legal/shop/tvqscb-xf/privacy_policy).

What we sell. Every product is a digital sewing pattern delivered as PDF files. Nothing physical is shipped.
Ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your download link. Prices are in USD and shown before checkout.
Payment. Handled by Shopify Payments and any other processors shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Accuracy. We work hard to make every specification on a listing correct - sizes, fabric recommendations, notions, seam allowances, finished measurements. Fabric behaves differently from bolt to bolt, so treat recommended yardage as a guide and always make a test piece before cutting something expensive.
Your account. Keep your login and download links to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Liability. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the pattern in question. We are not liable for wasted fabric, printing costs, or time.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
International orders, currency, and tax
We sell worldwide. Everything we sell is a digital download, so there is no shipping destination to restrict. If you can reach the checkout, you can buy.
Currency. Prices are listed in USD. If your card is issued elsewhere, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee.
Sales tax and VAT. Where we are required to collect tax on a digital sale, it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Digital goods are taxed by the buyer's location in many countries, so two customers may see different totals for the same pattern.
EU and UK customers: your right of withdrawal. Digital content delivered immediately is exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right, but only where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose that right. You give that consent at checkout. If you would rather keep the 14-day right, do not complete the purchase - email us and we will arrange delayed delivery instead.
Business customers. If you need a VAT-registered invoice, email support@kissingparasites.com with your VAT number and order number and we will issue one.
