Your order is done and your files are on their way. Here is what happens next and what to do if something does not arrive.

Your download

A download link has been emailed to the address you used at checkout. It usually lands within a minute. The same link sits inside your order confirmation, so you can come back to it later without asking for a new one.

If nothing has arrived after ten minutes, check your spam and promotions folders and search your inbox for Kissing Parasites. If it is still not there, send your order number through the contact page and it will be resent. Replies come within one to two business days.

Before you print

Print page one on its own and measure the test square before sending the whole file. Printing at anything other than 100 per cent is the one mistake that cannot be corrected later. The full method is in how to print a PDF sewing pattern.

Before you cut

Check the finished measurements on the pattern against a garment you already own. Find your size explains how to take that measurement. If you have not bought fabric yet, choosing fabric lists the weight each pattern needs.

While you sew

Seam allowance is printed on every piece. Seam allowance and finishing covers knit seams, ribbing, topstitching and the heavier materials used in the bags.

One more thing

Tag the finished garment and it will get reposted. Buying three or more patterns triggers an automatic discount, so if there is something else on your list, the catalogue is here. Requests for future patterns go through the request form.
